These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SerielTV app (the “Service”) operated by GlobalFun (Essential Applications, Inc.).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the Service
  • Use bots or automation
  • Harass or harm others
  • Attempt to collect personal data from others

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Access

Some features require a paid subscription.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. GlobalFun does not collect or store payment information.

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Content and Ownership

All content in the Service is owned by or licensed to GlobalFun and protected by law.

You may not copy, distribute, or use content outside the Service.

5. User Interactions

The Service allows users to interact with content by selecting predefined comments or reactions.

  • These selections may be visible to other users
  • Users cannot submit custom text

6. Sharing Features

The Service may allow you to share content using your device’s native sharing functionality.

GlobalFun does not control or manage how content is shared through third-party apps.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalFun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes are resolved in Austin, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
